The Challenge

Climb Online were brought on board to enhance the email marketing for Diets2Go, using custom APIs for flows and a consistent sending schedule to elevate the performance, increase repeat revenue, upsell weekly and one-off customers to monthly and overall increase the customer lifetime value as well as ROI for email marketing as a channel.

Our Strategy

After some competitor research delving into what similar companies in the field were doing, we took our findings, combining them with our expertise and cross-industry knowledge to design and build out email templates which were then expanded on for custom flows for Diets2Go’s specific customer journey, as well as a mixture of topics for campaign emails that fit into their marketing calendar.

The Results

With the account set-up, we saw engagement increase from the off as we worked up to consistently achieving near 30% of website revenue via the email marketing channel. We created series within the account that put a faces to the brand and created a community where the focus was not only revenue, but working towards a collective goal of success and achievement between Diets2Go and the audience which saw engagement rates soar.
