    Doomsday are a clothing brand based in Bridgend, Wales, whose love of tattoos have inspired their designs. From creating garments before they were too young to be tattooed themselves, the brand quickly took off after fully launching.

    The Brand

    After starting with t-shirts and hoodies, Doomsday now have a product range of over 700 garments and accessories. They now produce every single one of our garments in South Wales which includes all aspects of embroidery, screen printing, and digital printing. To push their clothing to audiences far and wide, they work with some of the most established traditional tattoo artists and bands in the world, showcasing the art they produce through the highest quality garments.

    The Challenge

    The client wanted us to overhaul their email marketing, from strategy to design and the impact it has for the business. This was due to being led on it before as an afterthought channel where no time and care had gone into email marketing to enhance it further. Doomsday brought Climb Online in to change that.

    Our Strategy

    To have a completely fresh start, as well as enhanced e-commerce features from the previous platform, we brought Doomsday over to Klaviyo where we set up flows, both standards and bespoke, implemented lead capture elements, and consistently sent out segmented email campaigns to the database to work towards the business growth. We were able to create exciting email designs that worked in not only engaging but converting Doomsday’s audience (US, Australia, Europe, and UK to name a few). From creating series within the sends to enhancing the engagement to sign-up to the database we were all hands on deck.

    The Results

    Over the course of 10 months working together, before upgrading from our standard package to a bespoke more involved one, we generated 29% of the company’s overall revenue from email marketing as well as consistently creating aesthetically pleasing email designs that appealed to the audience.
