The Challenge

Nue Modern were looking for a way to rejuvenate their email marketing content and design. They came to the Climb Online team to develop a new email marketing strategy that would focus on increasing output, as this was beginning to fall behind their other channels while attempting to do this in-house. 

Our Strategy

Our team implemented flows which were custom to the industry, with these designed to be run and optimised continually, while we focused on launching fresh campaigns each week to continue engaging the database. Our flows are designed and built to complement each other, and feature safety precautions to prevent bombarding the user and interfering with other ongoing campaigns. These campaigns included a mixture of Shop the Looks, Product Spotlights, and behind the scenes emails. 

The Results

Our strategy saw us achieve 37% of the company’s overall revenue from email marketing within just 30 days of setting the first flows live. In addition, we achieved a 100% increase in transactions, a 348.89% increase in sessions across the site, and an average daily revenue per recipient £6.37.
