The Challenge
The Climb Online team were enlisted to create a bespoke strategy designed to achieve a consistent 20% of revenue on email marketing to bring it in-line with other marketing channels.
Our Strategy
We immediately identified that a well-rounded e-commerce email marketing approach was needed. We migrated email marketing activity from MailChimp to Klaviyo to achieve this. We implemented flows, which were added to and built out over time alongside consistent email campaigns that would push new product launches as well as offer genuine business updates and messages.
The Results
Over the course of a year working together, our email marketing strategy saw the initial goal of 20% exceeded, as we generated 33% of the company’s overall revenue from email marketing. Additionally, we achieved an average click rate of 8.65% and an average daily revenue per email recipient of £1.38.
